Hans Poppe is a contemporary artist and graphic designer based in Mississauga and Toronto. Originally from Tanzania, his art reflects a personal journey, using oil painting on vibrant kitenge fabric to convey authentic narratives of African subjects. Through his innovative approach, Hans draws viewers in with the depth and texture of his work, inviting engagement with themes of identity and cultural recognition.

Currently, Hans is offering prints—and a few available originals—from two collections: My Brother’s Keeper and Fabric of Tanzania.
