Terms and conditions

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, you must provide photos of the packaging and the art print within 7 days of delivery for a claims review.

We reserve the right to determine the legitimacy of the claim and to reject the claim, replace the purchased art print, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Taxes and/or duties/tariffs are additional to the price of the art print and delivery, as applicable. 

The goods and services supplied are subject to applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada; nothing in these terms excludes your rights under those laws.

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
